Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 13, 2026

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Affiliate Terms”) govern participation in the Boomio Affiliate Program (“Program”) operated by Boomio UAB (“Boomio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By applying to, joining, or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate”, “you”, or “your”) agree to these Affiliate Terms, together with the Boomio Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Affiliate Terms, you should not participate in the Program.

1. About the Affiliate Program

The Boomio Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to promote Boomio using a unique referral link.

When an eligible customer follows your referral link and completes a qualifying purchase, you may earn a commission in accordance with these Affiliate Terms and the commission structure displayed in your Affiliate Portal.

The Program may be used to promote eligible Boomio products and services, including personalized games and Boomio products for businesses.

The Program is separate from any customer referral program that Boomio may offer to existing Boomio customers.

2. Eligibility and Enrollment

To participate in the Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction;
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration;
  • Provide a valid email address;
  • Comply with these Affiliate Terms and all applicable laws;
  • Maintain your Affiliate account in good standing.

Boomio may approve or reject any Affiliate application at its discretion.

We may also suspend or terminate an Affiliate account if we reasonably believe that the Affiliate has violated these Affiliate Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, or acted in a way that may harm Boomio, its customers, or its reputation.

3. Affiliate Account and Referral Link

After successful registration, you will receive a unique Affiliate referral link.

Your referral link may contain a unique referral code, for example:

boomio.ai?via=yourcode

You are responsible for using the correct Affiliate link when promoting Boomio.

Where available, you may be given an opportunity to customize your referral code through the Affiliate Portal.

Referral codes:

  • Must not impersonate Boomio or another person or business;
  • Must not contain offensive, misleading, unlawful, or infringing terms;
  • Must not create the impression that your Affiliate link is an official Boomio-owned page;
  • Must not infringe third-party trademarks or intellectual property.

Boomio may change or remove a referral code that violates these requirements.

4. Referral Tracking

Boomio currently uses PromoteKit or another designated affiliate technology provider to administer Affiliate tracking, referral attribution, commissions, and related reporting.

When a person clicks your Affiliate link, tracking technology may be used to associate that visitor with your Affiliate account.

The current referral attribution window is 60 days from the relevant Affiliate-link interaction, subject to the tracking functionality and attribution rules of the Program.

A referral may not be tracked correctly where, for example:

  • The visitor blocks or deletes cookies;
  • Browser privacy settings prevent tracking;
  • The visitor uses another device or browser;
  • The Affiliate link or referral parameters are removed;
  • Another valid referral source is subsequently attributed to the customer;
  • Technical circumstances prevent attribution.

Boomio does not guarantee that every click or referral will be successfully tracked.

Affiliate attribution shown in Boomio’s designated affiliate system will generally be considered the authoritative record for commission purposes.

Boomio is not required to manually assign a referral where tracking information is unavailable, although we may do so at our discretion where clear evidence exists.

5. Commission Structure

Under the current Program structure, an eligible Affiliate earns:

$30 USD when a new referred customer makes their first eligible successful payment; and

30% commission on eligible recurring subscription payments subsequently made by that referred customer.

Recurring commissions apply only to qualifying recurring subscription payments.

A commission is not considered earned merely because a visitor clicks an Affiliate link, registers, creates a game, begins checkout, starts a trial, or submits payment information.

The relevant customer payment must be successfully completed and otherwise qualify under these Affiliate Terms.

Boomio may offer different commission arrangements for specific Affiliates, campaigns, products, markets, or promotional programs. Where a separate written agreement or Affiliate Portal setting applies to you, that specific arrangement will take precedence for the applicable commission.

6. Eligible Customers and Payments

To qualify for commission, a referred customer must generally:

  • Be a genuine customer;
  • Be properly attributed to your Affiliate account;
  • Complete an eligible purchase;
  • Successfully pay for that purchase;
  • Not be an existing customer where the relevant campaign is intended only for new customers;
  • Not be the Affiliate themselves;
  • Not be created for the purpose of generating artificial commissions.

Payments that are fraudulent, duplicated, refunded, reversed, charged back, disputed, cancelled before settlement, or otherwise invalid may not qualify for commission.

7. Refunds, Chargebacks and Commission Reversals

If a customer payment associated with a commission is later:

  • Refunded;
  • Charged back;
  • Reversed;
  • Disputed successfully;
  • Determined to be fraudulent; or
  • Otherwise cancelled or invalidated,

Boomio may cancel or reverse the related Affiliate commission.

If the commission has already been paid, Boomio may deduct the corresponding amount from future Affiliate commissions or request repayment where appropriate.

Boomio may also withhold commissions while a payment, refund, fraud review, or customer dispute remains unresolved.

8. Payouts

Affiliate commissions are paid according to the payout schedule, minimum payout threshold, available payout methods, and other payment settings displayed in the Affiliate Portal.

Only approved and payable commissions are included in payouts.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate payout information;
  • Maintaining access to your payout account;
  • Ensuring that the payout information belongs to you or your authorized business;
  • Paying any taxes, fees, duties, or similar obligations that apply to your Affiliate income.

Boomio is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payout information, payment-provider restrictions, banking delays, compliance reviews, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where applicable, we may request additional information before issuing a payout in order to meet legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or payment-provider requirements.

9. Affiliate Disclosure Requirements

You must clearly disclose your commercial relationship with Boomio whenever required by applicable law.

If you promote Boomio through social media, websites, videos, newsletters, reviews, blogs, advertisements, or other public communications, people should be able to understand that you may receive compensation when they purchase through your link.

Disclosures must be clear, visible, and reasonably close to the Affiliate promotion or referral link.

Depending on the context, appropriate disclosures may include wording such as:

I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link.

or:

This post contains a paid affiliate link.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising, influencer-marketing, endorsement, consumer-protection, and disclosure laws and platform rules in the countries where you promote Boomio.

You must not hide or obscure required advertising disclosures.

10. Permitted Promotion

Affiliates may promote Boomio through legitimate channels including, where appropriate:

  • Social media;
  • Websites and blogs;
  • Video content;
  • Newsletters;
  • Communities;
  • Product reviews;
  • Tutorials;
  • Direct recommendations;
  • Other lawful marketing channels.

All statements you make about Boomio must be truthful and must not misrepresent the product, pricing, functionality, availability, expected results, or Affiliate relationship.

You may use promotional materials provided by Boomio subject to these Affiliate Terms.

11. Prohibited Activities

You may not engage in any activity that Boomio reasonably considers deceptive, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, or harmful to the Program.

Prohibited activities include:

  • Referring yourself or creating accounts for the purpose of earning your own commission;
  • Creating fake or fraudulent customers;
  • Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden redirects, or similar tracking manipulation;
  • Spam or unsolicited bulk communications;
  • Misleading users about the purpose of a link;
  • Making false or unsupported claims about Boomio;
  • Pretending to be Boomio or an official Boomio employee;
  • Registering domains, social accounts, advertising accounts, or branding intended to impersonate Boomio;
  • Using Boomio trademarks in a misleading manner;
  • Offering unauthorized rebates, cashback, or incentives intended primarily to manipulate Affiliate attribution;
  • Using malware, adware, spyware, browser extensions, or other software to force or manipulate referral tracking;
  • Promoting Boomio on unlawful, fraudulent, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate websites or channels;
  • Interfering with another Affiliate’s referrals;
  • Attempting to manipulate commission records, payments, or tracking systems.

Paid search advertising, trademark bidding, or advertisements using Boomio’s brand name may require prior written approval from Boomio.

Unless explicitly approved by Boomio, Affiliates must not bid on terms such as “Boomio”, misspellings of Boomio, or other Boomio-owned trademarks in paid search advertising.

12. Intellectual Property and Brand Use

Boomio UAB owns the Boomio name, trademarks, logos, website content, software, designs, and related intellectual property.

Participation in the Program gives you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to use approved Boomio brand materials solely for legitimate promotion of Boomio under the Program.

You may not:

  • Claim ownership of Boomio intellectual property;
  • Modify Boomio trademarks in a misleading manner;
  • Present yourself as an employee, representative, or official partner of Boomio unless separately authorized;
  • Create websites or accounts that could reasonably be mistaken for official Boomio properties.

Any goodwill generated through use of Boomio trademarks belongs to Boomio.

13. Independent Relationship

Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or representative relationship between you and Boomio.

You participate as an independent Affiliate.

You have no authority to:

  • Enter into agreements on behalf of Boomio;
  • Make commitments on behalf of Boomio;
  • Set Boomio pricing or policies;
  • Represent that you are an employee or agent of Boomio.

You are responsible for your own business expenses, taxes, insurance, licenses, and legal obligations.

14. Third-Party Affiliate Platform

Boomio may use PromoteKit or another third-party provider to operate parts of the Affiliate Program.

This may include:

  • Affiliate registration;
  • Referral links;
  • Tracking;
  • Affiliate dashboards;
  • Commission calculations;
  • Payout administration;
  • Performance reporting.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the applicable provider’s own terms and privacy practices.

Boomio is not responsible for temporary outages, technical failures, delays, or limitations caused solely by a third-party affiliate or payment platform outside Boomio’s reasonable control.

15. Fraud and Abuse Review

Boomio reserves the right to review Affiliate activity where we detect unusual or potentially fraudulent behavior.

During a review, we may temporarily delay commissions or payouts.

Examples that may trigger review include:

  • Unusually high conversion rates;
  • Repeated purchases from related accounts;
  • Self-referrals;
  • Multiple accounts controlled by the same individual;
  • Artificial or automated traffic;
  • Abnormal refund or chargeback rates;
  • Attempts to manipulate tracking.

If we determine that activity violates these Affiliate Terms, related commissions may be cancelled and the Affiliate account may be suspended or terminated.

16. Term and Termination

Either you or Boomio may end participation in the Affiliate Program at any time.

Boomio may immediately suspend or terminate an Affiliate account for:

  • Fraud;
  • Abuse;
  • Material breach of these Affiliate Terms;
  • Misleading advertising;
  • Unlawful conduct;
  • Reputational harm;
  • Manipulation of Affiliate tracking or commissions.

Commissions validly earned and approved before termination will generally remain payable, subject to refunds, chargebacks, fraud review, and these Affiliate Terms.

Eligibility for future recurring commissions after termination may end when your participation in the Program ends.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination or provisions that by their nature should continue after termination.

17. Changes to the Program

Boomio may modify the Affiliate Program from time to time, including:

  • Commission rates;
  • Referral attribution periods;
  • Eligible products;
  • Payout schedules;
  • Minimum payout thresholds;
  • Promotional rules;
  • Affiliate features.

Material changes will apply prospectively and may be communicated through the Affiliate Portal, email, website, or another reasonable method.

Changes will not retroactively cancel commissions that were already validly earned and approved, except where required because of fraud, refunds, chargebacks, errors, or other violations of these Affiliate Terms.

Continued participation in the Program after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Affiliate Terms.

18. No Guarantee of Earnings

Boomio does not guarantee that participation in the Affiliate Program will generate any particular number of referrals, customers, commissions, or amount of income.

Affiliate results depend on many factors outside Boomio’s control.

You must not represent Boomio’s Affiliate Program as a guaranteed-income, investment, employment, or get-rich-quick opportunity.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Boomio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.

This includes, without limitation, loss of anticipated commissions, profits, traffic, business opportunities, data, or reputation resulting from tracking limitations, third-party service interruptions, or Program changes.

Nothing in these Affiliate Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

20. Governing Law

These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania.

Any dispute relating to the Affiliate Program shall be resolved in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania, unless another forum or law is required by applicable mandatory law.

21. Relationship With Other Boomio Terms

These Affiliate Terms supplement Boomio’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

If there is a conflict between these Affiliate Terms and the general Terms of Service, these Affiliate Terms will control only with respect to participation in the Affiliate Program.

Boomio’s Privacy Policy governs how Boomio processes personal information in connection with the Program.
