Referral Program Terms & Conditions

The Boomio Referral Program lets people with a Boomio account recommend Boomio to friends, partners and other businesses using a personal referral link.

When a new customer follows your referral link and completes a qualifying payment, you may earn a referral reward in accordance with these Referral Terms.

The Program is separate from the Boomio Affiliate Program, which has its own terms. A customer can earn a reward for only one referrer or affiliate.

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction;
• Have a Boomio account with a verified email address;
• Provide a valid payout email address;
• Comply with these Referral Terms and all applicable laws;
• Keep your Boomio account in good standing.

You join the Program from your Boomio account. Boomio may limit the Program to certain accounts, countries or plans, and may decline or end any participation.

After joining, you receive a personal referral link, for example:

Boomio uses PromoteKit or another designated provider to track referrals. When a person opens your link, tracking technology may be used to associate that visitor with you.

The current referral attribution window is 60 days from the relevant referral-link interaction, subject to the tracking functionality and attribution rules of the Program.

A referral may not be tracked where, for example:

• The visitor blocks or deletes cookies, or browser privacy settings prevent tracking;
• The visitor pays on another device or browser;
• The referral link or its parameters are removed;
• Another valid referral or affiliate link is used afterwards;
• The purchase is made through a marketplace or app store billing, such as the Boomio Shopify app;
• Technical circumstances prevent attribution.

Boomio does not guarantee that every referral will be tracked. The record in Boomio’s designated referral system is the authoritative record for rewards. Boomio may, but is not required to, assign a referral manually where clear evidence exists.

Under the current Program structure, an eligible Referrer earns:

30% of the first eligible successful payment made by a new customer you referred.

The reward is one-time. Later payments, renewals, upgrades and additional purchases by the same customer do not earn further rewards.

A reward is not earned merely because a visitor opens your link, registers, creates a game, begins checkout, starts a trial, or submits payment information. The payment must be successfully completed and otherwise qualify under these Referral Terms.

If Boomio changes the reward, the reward shown on the Refer a friend page in your Boomio account when the referred customer first opened your link applies to that referral, even where this section has not yet been updated.

To qualify for a reward, a referred customer must:

• Be a genuine new Boomio customer who has not paid Boomio before;
• Be properly attributed to your referral link;
• Successfully pay for an eligible Boomio purchase on the Boomio website;
• Not be you, a business you own, control or work for, or an account you or your household use;
• Not be created for the purpose of generating artificial rewards.

Payments that are fraudulent, duplicated, refunded, reversed, charged back, disputed, cancelled before settlement, or otherwise invalid do not qualify.

If a payment that earned a reward is later refunded, charged back, reversed, successfully disputed, found to be fraudulent, or otherwise invalidated, Boomio may cancel the related reward.

If the reward has already been paid, Boomio may deduct the amount from future rewards or request repayment where appropriate. Boomio may withhold rewards while a payment, refund, fraud review or customer dispute remains unresolved.

Approved rewards are paid in cash to the payout email you provide when joining, through PayPal or another payout method Boomio supports. Rewards are not paid as Boomio credit unless we agree otherwise with you.

You are responsible for:

• Providing an accurate payout email and keeping access to that payout account;
• Ensuring the payout account belongs to you or your authorized business;
• Paying any taxes, fees, duties, or similar obligations that apply to your rewards.

Boomio is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payout information, payment-provider restrictions, banking delays, compliance reviews, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We may request additional information before issuing a payout to meet legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or payment-provider requirements.

To change your payout email, contact us from your Boomio account email.

Share your link with people you know or work with, for example by email, in messages, or in posts on your own channels. Everything you say about Boomio must be truthful and must not misrepresent the product, pricing, functionality, or expected results.

Where the law requires it, for example when you share your link publicly, make clear that you may receive a reward if someone buys through your link.

You may not engage in any activity that Boomio reasonably considers deceptive, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, or harmful to the Program, including:

• Referring yourself, your own businesses, or accounts you control;
• Creating fake or fraudulent customers or accounts;
• Spam or unsolicited bulk communications;
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden redirects, or other tracking manipulation;
• Paid search or other advertising that uses Boomio’s name or trademarks;
• Pretending to be Boomio or to speak on Boomio’s behalf;
• Offering cashback or other incentives to get people to use your link, unless Boomio agrees in writing;
• Attempting to manipulate reward records, payments, or tracking systems.

If you want to promote Boomio to an audience at scale, for example as a creator, marketer or consultant, apply to the Boomio Affiliate Program instead.

Boomio may review referral activity where we detect unusual or potentially fraudulent behavior, and may delay rewards during a review. Examples include self-referrals, repeated purchases from related accounts, multiple accounts controlled by the same person, artificial traffic, and abnormal refund or chargeback rates.

If we determine that activity violates these Referral Terms, related rewards may be cancelled and your participation may be suspended or ended.

Either you or Boomio may end your participation in the Program at any time. Boomio may suspend or end it immediately for fraud, abuse, a material breach of these Referral Terms, misleading promotion, or unlawful conduct.

Rewards validly earned and approved before termination will generally remain payable, subject to refunds, chargebacks, fraud review, and these Referral Terms.

Boomio may change or end the Program, including the reward, the attribution period, eligible purchases and payout rules. Changes apply to new referrals and do not cancel rewards already validly earned and approved, except because of fraud, refunds, chargebacks, errors, or other violations of these Referral Terms. Continued participation after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of them.

Boomio does not guarantee that participation will generate any referrals or rewards.

Participation does not create an employment, partnership, agency, or representative relationship between you and Boomio, and gives you no authority to make commitments on Boomio’s behalf.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Boomio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Program, including lost rewards resulting from tracking limitations, third-party service interruptions, or Program changes. Nothing in these Referral Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These Referral Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Any dispute relating to the Program shall be resolved in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania, unless another forum or law is required by applicable mandatory law.

These Referral Terms supplement Boomio’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If they conflict, these Referral Terms control only with respect to the Program. Boomio’s Privacy Policy governs how Boomio processes personal information in connection with the Program.
